The world is so unsettled at the moment that, in case it becomes unsafe to travel in Eastern and Central Europe, I thought that I should have an alternative plan.
My Alternative Plan
Using my Interrail pass, I intend to follow a route which will take in visits to sites that relate to my major interest in: Roman history. My interest in Sicily, however, is not only in its Roman past, but also its strong association with Barbarossa, the Holy Roman Emperor.
